Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and protective bags are included to maintain item integrity.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size.
